Table of Contents
Full-Service Print Production Infrastructure
A complete equipment environment directly impacts quality, turnaround time, and production flexibility. Our facility is structured to support high-volume offset printing, digital and variable data production, flexographic label manufacturing, wide format graphics, in-house finishing, and integrated mailing and distribution—all under one roof.
Prepress & File Preparation
Accurate prepress is the foundation of every successful print project. Our systems ensure files are properly prepared, color-managed, and optimized before production begins.
Our prepress environment includes Mac Pro workstations running Adobe Creative Cloud, NEO, and Microsoft Office, allowing for efficient file handling, design adjustments, and production-ready output across a wide range of file types and project requirements.
Proofing & Imaging Systems
Color accuracy and proofing are critical for brand consistency. Our proofing and imaging systems ensure what you approve is what gets produced on press.
We utilize a Fujifilm XMF Workflow RIP for production control, along with an Epson Stylus Pro 9900 (44” wide) using Ultrachrome K3 ink for high-fidelity proofing. Color verification is managed through EFI Colorproof XF software paired with an Eye-One color verification system. Plate production is handled by a Fuji Film PlateRite 8600Z thermal plate imaging system, ensuring precision and consistency before jobs reach the press floor.
Offset Press Equipment
Offset printing remains the backbone of high-volume, high-quality commercial print production. Our Heidelberg press lineup is built for precision, speed, and consistency across long runs.
Our pressroom includes a Heidelberg Speedmaster CD102-6+ LX 40-inch six-color press with aqueous coating capabilities, a Heidelberg Speedmaster SM74 5-P 29-inch five-color press with perfecting for efficient double-sided printing, and a Heidelberg Printmaster QM46-2 13” x 18” two-color press for smaller format work. Supporting equipment includes an Albo AS 1000 pile turner with aerating and jogging capabilities, improving workflow efficiency and print quality.
Digital Printing & Variable Data
Digital printing allows for speed, flexibility, and personalization, making it ideal for short runs, targeted campaigns, and versioned content.
Our digital capabilities include a Xerox V80 digital color press with variable data and inline finishing, including booklet production, as well as a Xerox Nuvera 120 black-and-white press designed for high-volume variable data printing and efficient document production.
Flexographic Label Printing
Flexographic printing supports high-volume label production with durability and efficiency, especially for packaging, cold storage, and industrial applications.
Our flexographic capabilities are anchored by a Mark Andy 2200 13-inch eight-color press featuring four die stations, sheeting, fan fold attachment, and UV coating capability. This allows for complex label production with durable finishes. Complementing this is a Colordyne Technologies 3600 digital flexographic press, enabling variable data label production and shorter-run flexibility.
Flexographic Finishing
Finishing is critical in label production to ensure accuracy, durability, and usability in real-world environments.
Our finishing equipment includes an Arpeco slitter/rewinder and a Lederle rewind and inspection table, ensuring clean cuts, consistent rolls, and quality control throughout the finishing process.
Wide Format & Signage Production
Wide format equipment allows us to produce large-scale graphics, signage, and retail display materials with durability and visual impact.
Our wide format capabilities include Acuity Advance X2 and Acuity Advance flatbed UV printers (4’ x 8’), Mutoh 1638 and 1618 64-inch wide format ValueJet roll printers, and a full suite of finishing systems including a Multicam Digital Express flatbed cutter/router, Summa S160 T-Series cutter/plotter, CNC knife and digital finishing system, and an LEDCO 54-inch pressure laminator.
Bindery & Finishing
Printing is only part of the process—finishing determines how materials function, present, and hold up in real-world use.
Our bindery department includes a Polar 115 cutting system with stacklift and jogger, Challenge Champion cutter, multiple Heidelberg Stahlfolder systems with gatefold, scoring, perforating, pressing, and stacking capabilities, and additional folding equipment including BAUM tabletop folders.
Collating, stitching, and trimming are handled by a Heidelberg Stahl ST350 system with Rima stacker, while die cutting is performed on a Heidelberg Windmill press. We also operate Muller Martini perfect binding systems with inline trimming, shrink wrap systems, three-hole drills, and plastic coil and spiral binding equipment—supporting everything from books and manuals to complex multi-piece assemblies.
Mailing & Distribution
Integrated mailing systems allow us to streamline direct mail campaigns from print to delivery without relying on third-party providers.
Our Buskro mailing system supports inline inkjetting and tabbing, allowing for efficient processing of direct mail campaigns with variable data and postal compliance.
Delivery & Logistics
Reliable delivery ensures finished materials arrive on time, whether locally or across the country.
Our delivery fleet includes a Sterling 33,000 GVW truck with a 20-foot dry van for large shipments and two Chevrolet one-ton cargo vans for flexible local and long-distance delivery.
Equipment alone does not produce results—how it is used does. Print Group Inc.’s production environment is designed to support complex, high-volume, and multi-location print programs with precision and reliability. By combining advanced equipment with experienced operators and structured workflows, we help organizations execute print projects that perform consistently—from initial concept through final delivery.
