Founded in 2003 by Jay Wacha, alongside a team of twelve experienced industry professionals, Print Group was built from the start to handle high-volume production and complex print demands. From day one, the focus has been on execution—producing materials that perform reliably in real-world environments.
Located in Ozark, Missouri, we serve clients across Springfield, Fayetteville, Columbia, Kansas City, St. Louis, and throughout the United States. Commercial Printing
Our sheet-fed offset presses are designed for high-volume production, supporting catalogs, annual reports, publications, corporate collateral, inserts, and versioned marketing campaigns. Offset printing provides strong color consistency and efficiency for long runs.

Labels & Packaging
Print Group produces labels using both flexographic and digital systems, supporting custom roll labels, cold storage and freezer labels, industrial labeling, compliance labeling, private label packaging components, and barcode systems.
Our label production integrates with packaging and distribution needs, with materials selected based on real-world conditions such as refrigeration, manufacturing environments, warehouse handling, and retail shelf use. Durability and scan accuracy are critical, and we produce accordingly.
Grocery & Retail Merchandising
We have extensive experience supporting grocery and retail environments with printed merchandising materials. This includes meat case dividers, cold case materials, refrigerated point-of-sale displays, shelf-edge and rail systems, aisle signage, and private label merchandising components.

Creative & Prepress Support
Creative that does not translate properly into production creates delays and added cost. Our in-house prepress team uses calibrated workflows to ensure color accuracy, proper bleed and trim, die-line integration, version control, and production-ready file preparation.
We work alongside internal marketing teams and agencies to ensure concepts are developed with production in mind, helping ensure designs scale efficiently from file to finished product.
In-House Bindery & Finishing
Finishing plays a major role in the final presentation of printed materials. Our in-house bindery capabilities include saddle stitching, perfect binding, folding, scoring, die cutting, shrink wrapping, collating, spiral binding, and drilling.
Keeping these processes in-house allows us to maintain control over schedules and ensure consistent quality across every project.
Mailing & Distribution
Print often moves directly into distribution, especially for marketing and communication campaigns. Our Buskro mailing system supports inline inkjetting, tabbing, addressing, and direct mail integration.
We also operate our own delivery fleet, allowing for controlled local and regional distribution alongside national shipping. This ensures that execution continues beyond the press and into final delivery.
